Ingredients:- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup of non-dairy milk of choice
- 5 cubes frozen bone broth
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup

Ingredients:- 3 frozen peaches
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 5 cubes of frozen bone broth.
- 1/2 chopped up orange
- Teaspoon of turmeric
